Education Tracks

Mera's KnowledgeFest is the largest education event for the Mobile Electronics Industry, bringing subject matter experts, trainers, retailers, manufacturers and other industry affiliates to help educate each other over a period of three days. Below are descriptions of the different Education Tracks offered at each KnowledgeFest.

Installation Track

These sessions, all taught by MECP Certified Technicians, help expand the technical capabilities of even the most seasoned installation professionals by exposing them to new techniques, new technology and new products. See new tricks and tools, and rub elbows with the best installation technicians in the industry as they share insight on how they manage their installation skills to make their shops, and themselves, more profitable.

Sales Track

Sharpen your sales techniques by learning new methods of qualifying customers, engaging them throughout the sales, and closing the transaction with confidence. Experts in customer service, motivational speakers and highly successful sales professionals share their experience and methods. These methods help attendees realize greater potential and how to sell the things that make your store and shop profitable with even greater success.

Owner/Manager Track

A track dedicated to those who have dedicated themselves to starting, growing and profiting from a business in the mobile electronics industry. All sessions are focused on maintaining high efficiency in business by finding great employees, training and educating them. The goal of these tracks is to ensure owners and managers are taking advantage of all the resources that are available to small and medium business owners.
